• Care cost calculators and related tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CareScope Intelligence and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. Care home information is sourced from publicly available data, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and other official sources. While we make every effort to keep information current, care homes may change their services, contact details, or operational status without our immediate knowledge.

You should verify all information directly with care homes before making any decisions. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CareScope Intelligence and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
